This is a short story about Ramsey, a little billy goat who grows up on a farm. His parents spend their time teaching him everything that they can, hoping that they will raise him up to be the best goat that he can be. Ramsey, however, has other plans in mind. He wants to live a life of freedom and filled with adventure. He does everything in his power not to be what his parents are wanting him to become. He would rather just be living it up, with not a care in the world. One day, though, through a series of unexpected events, Ramsey is hit with the reality of what parents are there for. Ramsey soon realises that the adventure that he always wanted is more than he can handle. But soon enough he not only has the adventure of a lifetime—an adventure that changes how he sees everything around him, he also learns how much his parents taught him even though he wasn’t really listening.
